 Descriptions help you identify where you may need to spend money, or to review the price you may be willing to pay for a property. Once complete your surveyor will be happy to disccuss your report with you at any time.

Our reports vary in length but usually consist of approximately 25 pages of information about your prospective purchase. Our reports are simple to read and we avoid the use of jargon. Where property defects are identified these will be illustrated with photographs.

If you don’t actually want a report at all, and just need some advice, then we are very happy to meet you at the property and walk around and answer your questions. This is often quicker and cheaper, clients who have bought and sold many previous properties sometimes prefer this type of approach.
