Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) (Domestic property) EPCs for domestic dwellings are currently included in the Home Information Pack along with the legal documentation regarding the property.

From the 1st October 2008 all Domestic property offered for sale, rent or lease will be required to have an EPC available to show prospective purchasers or tenants.

EPCs for Domestic property are produced using the Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure. (RdSAP)
